The Bay Area Community Foundation (BACF) graduation event is scheduled for March 18, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the State Theatre of Bay City. This event celebrates local students who received scholarships, including the $2,000 Bay Commitment Scholarship for first-generation students attending Delta College or Saginaw Valley State University.
