BBTRS' (Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Institute) breathwork methodology is a trauma-informed approach that balances the nervous system through using resource to find safety in the physical body and the environment.  This breathwork is appropriate for a wide range of participants, including people with a history of trauma and dysregulation of the nervous system.


Join us upstairs at Cafe Gratitude every month on the 4th Thursday at 6:30pm (arrival begins 6:15pm). The sessions are led by Brian Cochran, trained BBTRS Breathwork facilitator and the founder of Shadow Calling Darkness Retreat Center.


Please bring a mat, blanket or cushions to lie down comfortably. Consider what cushions/bolsters or blankets you may desire for comfort. Bring a refillable water bottle if you can. Consider bringing a journal and pen as you may wish to record notes immediately after the session (but not required). 


If you are in need of financial support to attend, please contact Song or Brian before the session. The intention is to find ways to include anyone who would benefit from this practice without allowing finances to be a barrier.
