Unwind your mind and body with a hike and beginner-friendly yoga class in the stunning Bear Creek Park. It has been proven that being in nature helps relieve stress, and after spending some time in Bear Creek Park, we're sure you will agree. We will be hiking the short 30-minute half-mile loop, stopping midway to hold a yoga class surrounded by the trees with sounds of the rushing creek nearby.
