Good news: learning how to play Dungeons and Dragons is way easier than you’d think – and now’s the time to start. After decades spent on the nerdy fringes of popular culture, DnD – the world’s biggest tabletop roleplaying game – has finally entered the mainstream (with a little help from Netflix’s Stranger Things). It’s a superb fantasy game with fathomless creative options – and this game/class/guide includes everything you need to start playing.
Though it may seem wildly complicated, D&D is a malleable game that can easily be picked up and played with just a touch of guidance – once you’ve picked up the basics it’s a piece of cake to take the next few steps into the DnD classes, DnD races, and more!
For our first few sessions we’ll teach you how to play Dungeons and Dragons – the grandpappy of modern tabletop RPGs, and a perfect gateway into the wonderful world of roleplaying!
