Come and join me this upcoming Saturday - 23rd September at 10.30am for a 45-minute flow!
I would love to invite you to come to your mat and practice with me. We will introduce the Ujjayi breath or also called ocean breath into our practice, helping us to stay in the present moment and connected to our breath. We will be focusing on heart (chest) openers developing a deeper understanding of our bodies and connecting to our heart centre - our courageous and loving side + this is very beneficial for all the slightly hunched shoulders looking in our screens all day 🤗
This is a donation class, so pay as you feel. You can book in via the link or pay if you like on the day.
Please bring:
- yoga mat
- Any props you might need (I have a couple but not too many yet)
- Maybe swimmers if the weather allows for a dip
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen ☀️
All levels welcome but it will be focused on being beginner friendly!
