Saturday May 20th at 9:30am.
Join Shelby for a flowing sequence of gentle Hatha yoga and restorative poses. Slow and gentle floor stretch with a few more challenging poses that focus on balance and stamina. This sequence is one I love for the sometimes difficult-to-stretch side hip, hip flexors, adductors, low back and legs.
This class is donation based, if you would like to bring a donation that would be greatly appreciated but not required to attend the class.
