Berlin Records presents Techno Underworld
The Techno Fox, Kaÿ Wagner, comes back to Raleigh following his South American tour with another edition of the Techno Underworld series.
Hailing from Frankfurt, Germany, Kaÿ has established himself as an influential dynamo in the global electronic music scene as both a live performer and producer. He has honed his unique sound over the course of 10 years behind the decks, blending old-school techno with contemporary production techniques. Kaÿ's immersive sets showcase driving basslines, intricate percussion, and hypnotic melodies. Several of his tracks have reached the ranks of Beatport's top 100 charts and his track ''Wanted'' quickly became a favorite among techno aficionados and has been featured in sets at major festivals such as Awakenings and Time Warp. Armed with an innate ability to read crowds and an arsenal of electrifying tracks, Kaÿ leaves an indelible mark wherever he goes, turning dance floors into a swirling sea of euphoria.

Klaws is Pangea Production’s lead conductor and co-creator, as well as founder and active member of the Re:Think Techno label & movement. He has been at the forefront of the electronic music scene for more than 15 years. Klaws’ sound is a combination of deep techno, minimal grooves, a dash of house and a good measure of dub, all wrapped together in a floor-filler funky mixture - a.k.a. “liquid funk”. With EP releases on Pure Perception Records and Release Musiq, he pushes the boundaries of electronic music to create driving, hypnotic, atmospheric dance beats. Klaws has performed throughout the US, France, Romania and beyond, organized numerous Pangea Productions & Re: Think Techno events as well as one of South East’s premier underground electronic music festivals, “Welcome to Pangea”, now in its 15th year.

Marc Monaghan's sound has been shaped by hard desert trance during full moon gatherings deep in the canyons overlooking LA, an intense passion for massive sound systems, ripping acid lines and that 909 kick. After traversing the country, home is now the Southeast. Meeting people with a likeminded passion for music has led Marc to mixing a complex techno and tech-house groove at nightclubs, warehouses, and beautiful outdoor events. Marc's sound has been showcased at the Welcome to Pangea festival, Re:Think Techno boiler and warehouse sessions, and at many reoccurring takeovers in Greenville's Vine nightclub.
