Description

Longtime Kfar Aza resident Asher Kotler narrowly survived the October 7, 2023, attack, when the peaceful and close-knit community of nearly 800 was devastated by the murder of 64 and the kidnapping of 19 of their friends and neighbors. We invite you to join us as Asher and his daughter Chen Kotler Abrahams share their personal testimonies, stories, and images, bearing witness to harrowing events of that black day — and, now nearly two years later, reflect on loss, resilience, and the fragile persistence of hope...

This event is made possible thanks to Stephen Wise Free Synagogue's Religious Action and Israel Committees and the Schwartz Israel Fund.
