Description
This movement based class focuses on teaching you all the basics and beyond to tease and taunt using a classic burlesque prop, the feather boa!
Students will meet once a week at the Burlesque Hall of Fame's School of Striptease on Mondays from March 7th through April 4th. Class culminates in a group performance at the Burlesque Hall of Fame’s fundraising show, Tease: A Burlesque Revue at The Space. Students will be paid a stipend for their participation in the show.
Feather boas provided for use in class and during performance.
This class is offered to all. The School of Striptease teaches using the motto, "all bodies are burlesque bodies."
Students are responsible to pay for any missed classes. NO DROPINS. Students must commit to full 5 week course. No refunds for missed classes. All sales are final. No admittance for missed payments. This course is scheduled to be taught in-person. The Burlesque Hall of Fame reserves the right to teach this course virtually, at its discretion. Furthermore, classes may be recorded via Zoom for any students who may need to miss a class.
