Description
“The Kid Inside” is a musical journey about keeping the awe and wonder of childhood alive as we grow into adulthood, and about learning to trust what our inner child is telling us. Music from the worlds of pop, rock, Broadway, and the Great American Songbook.
Musical Direction by Chip Prince, Story Concept by Bill Spera / Script by Scott Calcagno
Bill Spera is a recent transplant to the Coachella Valley from Boston, where he performed regularly as a cabaret artist and singer/actor in a wide variety of revues, shows, and musicals, including with the Boston Pops for their production of “Ragtime: The Symphonic Concert.” He still appears with the Boston Pops annually as Santa for their “Holiday Pops” concerts. He also was named a finalist in Revolution Stage Company’s “Cabaret Riot” and is the winner of the New England Fringe Festival Audience Favorite Award for his original cabaret show “45 in 40.”
