Monty Younkin is a certified sommelier and Santé wine guide, with specialties in Italian wine, Ancient Wine and Wine Education. She’s partial to skin contact wine and renegade food and wine pairings. You can find her most days working in Old City or hiking with her senior pup, Rudy.
Miled Finianos is the founder of Habibi Supper Club, which is rooted in the Lebanese heritage that prevails no matter where in the world he lands. Miled debuted Habibi as a culinary experience to bring together his digital community @MiledEats, as physical gatherings that emulate the warm feelings stirred by the cuisines of rural and rustic Lebanon.
