Binding Agents Presents: January Cookbook Club ft. SEBZE

Binding Agents is kicking off a regular, shop-hosted Cookbook Club in January with Sebze: Vegetarian Recipes from My Turkish Kitchen. 

 

Cookbook Club is an potluck event where everyone contributes a dish from the selected book(s). Here's how it works:

 

1) You purchase your ticket(s) from this page, with or without a copy of the book. (Books purchased with your ticket default to pickup at Binding Agents; we can also arrange local drop-off. If you prefer to have your book shipped directly to you, purchase a Ticket Only seat and Bookshop.org is a great option that supports the shop. We also strongly encourage book sharing and use of libraries!) 

 

2) One week before the event, we'll send out a Google Doc with a set number of slots for starters, mains, sides and sweets. Each person will sign up for a slot with the dish of their choice. This ensures a good spread, both for the meal and as a cross-section of all the book has to offer!

 

3) The night of, you'll bring your dish to Binding Agents, prepared to feast. All tickets include beverages (wine + NA options) and a container to take home any leftovers. We'll talk over dinner about our experience cooking and eating from the book, and hopefully leave with lots of great tips and new friends.
