Davey Jeff, a Certified Cheese Professional® and Best of Philly winner, will demonstrate three different styles of boards, with ideas for gatherings of any size and occasion.
Enjoy snacks by Davey Jeff and sips by Ginevra Reiff (co-author of The Vedge Bar Book) while learning the ropes, shop a curated selection of books to amp up your boards, and make your fall entertaining (and solo snacking!) that much more beautiful.

About David Jeffrey Harper
David Jeffrey Harper—or, as most people call him, Davey Jeff—grew up in Arizona. He has always had a huge love for cheese. At 24, he was able to land himself a job at the Whole Foods cheese counter, and eventually made the move to DiBruno Bros. In 2018, he was named Philadelphia's Best Cheesemonger by Philly Mag, and in 2021, he passed the American Cheese Society's Certified Cheese Professional® exam. He currently works as the store director for Di Bruno Bros Italian Market location. And in his free time, he loves to cook!
About Ginevra Reiff
Ginevra Reiff has been working in restaurants for over two decades and “behind the stick” for over fifteen years, where she has pursued her passion in beverage, cocktail balance, and hospitality. In addition to her work in restaurants, Ginevra assists her mother, Aliza Green, on International cultural and culinary tours. Currently living and working in the City of Philadelphia where she grew up, Ginevra was one of the co-authors of The Vedge Bar Book.
