Rental of the Birthday Barn includes:
- (4) picnic tables for seating
- (2) 6' folding tables for food/gifts
- (1) trash can
-The private space central to activities and near the entrance for the chosen time slot
Time slots available are: 10:00am to 2:00pm OR 2:15pm to 6:15pm
All birthday guests will be given $3 off the regular General Admission rate at the admissions building on the day of your reservation!
*Please note, all visiting parents/adults will have to pay admission to enter the farm. Please have them mention your reservation upon arrival.
If you are paying for admission for some or all of your guests, we ask that you provide a guest list to give the admission building staff upon your arrival. You will be charged for the admissions on that list. We will check off the guests as they arrive and direct them to the Birthday Barn. At the end of your party, please return to admissions and if there are any guests on your list that did NOT attend, we will refund you for the unused ticket(s).
Animal feed cups are available as birthday favors for $1/each. They can be purchased the day of the birthday at the farm.
RAIN CANCELLATIONS: The $25 Birthday Barn reservation fee is nonrefundable. However, in the event the farm must close due to the weather or any unforseen events out of our control, a full refund of the rental fee will be issued. Please have a back-up plan for a possible rain closure of the farm. The festival is a completely outdoor event and weather is unfortunately out of our control. In the event we are considering closing the farm, you will be contacted no later than 8:00am the morning of with an update.

Western Belle is a Family Farm located in West, TX about 10 minutes north of Waco, and about an 1hr and 15mins from the Dallas- Fort Worth Area.
For several weeks a year, we open up our family farm to host Festivals on the Farm. We are known for our Sunflower & Zinnia Spring Festival (typically held in May/June) & our fall Pumpkin Festival. Included in admission to the farm is over 20+ activities for all ages including the Beeline Mini Zip lines, a Pumpkin Jump Pillow, Cattle Drive Barrel Train ride, lots of farm animals, Barn Slides, fields of sunflowers (seasonally), pumpkins & much more! There are various photo ops throughout the farm to enjoy as well! Come prepared for a day of fun on the farm and memories that will last a lifetime.
