We offer 2 price levels:
BIRTHDAY PARTY TENT RENTAL & PASSES FOR 20 - $300
Includes Party Tent rental for 2 hours, 20 farm admissions plus the birthday child, and 2 dozen donuts. Farm admissions are good until close of business (6pm) on the day of the party.
BIRTHDAY PARTY TENT RENTAL & PASSES FOR 30 - $400
Includes Party Tent rental for 2 hours, 30 farm admissions plus the birthday child, and 3 dozen donuts. Farm admissions are good until close of business (6pm) on the day of the party.
The tent is set inside of Woody's Activity and Play area and provides a central place for you to gather and create magical memories.
Birthday Tents are rented out at 2-hour intervals on Saturdays or Sundays.
Outside food, cakes, and drinks are allowed for your party attendees but may only be consumed inside the birthday tent. Woody’s does not offer any storage or delivery for outside food.
Apple or pumpkin picking is not included but can be purchased separately.
If you need additional admission entries, they can be purchased at the Admissions Booth as needed. Children 2 and under are always free. Seniors age 60+ and military personnel with ID may purchase discounted passes for $9.95. Wagon rides are included as long the tractors are running on the day of your party.
Rain Policy: In the event of inclement weather, a party may be either rescheduled (subject to availability) or the payment shall be refunded in full. Cancellation must be made within 48 hours of the start time of the reserved party. If Woody's cancels the party the deposit will be refunded in full if not rescheduled.
By renting a Birthday Party Tent you are taking full legal responsibility for all adults and children that attend the party.

From our apple orchard to our corn maze, we set up our farm for guests to enjoy real connection with family & friends. Enjoy music, food, & fun during our Fall Fest starting the week before Labor day. A sweet way to start your summer fun in May is our Strawberry Fest.
