Birthday Party & Private Event Booking (Deposit)

🦁 Host your next party or private event at Capron Park Zoo!

💳 This booking collects a $50 non-refundable deposit. After

payment, the zoo will email you to confirm details and send

a payment link for the remaining balance, due within 2 weeks.

Unpaid balances will result in automatic cancellation.

🏫 INDOOR CLASSROOM (up to 25 guests)

1. Basic Room Rental — $375 (Members $350)

- Admission for up to 25 guests

- Classroom for 2 hours

- Tables & chairs included

- Outside food & beverages welcome

(water, soda, juice; no alcoholic beverages)

2. Animal Ambassador Package — $475 (Members $450)

- Admission for up to 25 guests

- Classroom for 2 hours

- Tables & chairs included

- Outside food & beverages welcome

(water, soda, juice; no alcoholic beverages)

- Staff-led animal encounter with Animal Ambassador

- Birthday child must be age 4+ for animal encounter

 

3. All Inclusive Package — $800 (Members $775)

- Admission for up to 25 guests

- Classroom for 2 hours

- Tables & chairs included

- Bottle of water for each guest

- 3 large pizzas (cheese or peperoni)

- 1/4 sheet cake — personalized "Happy Birthday (name)"

(yellow, chocolate, or marble;

simple neutral birthday decorations)

- Staff-led animal encounter with Animal Ambassador

- Birthday child chooses free prize from

Capron Zoo Birthday Treasures Chest

- Tablecloths, napkins, paper plates & utensils: +$40

- Birthday child must be age 4+ for animal encounter

5. Animal Ambassador Pavilion — $550 (Members $525)

- Admission for up to 30 guests

- Pavilion for 2 hours

Can I book online?

- Yes! Pay the $50 deposit here to hold your date.

The zoo will contact you to confirm details and

- Arrange the remaining balance.

Can I bring decorations?

- No balloons, pinatas, confetti, or noise makers.

Gifts, games & goodie bags must stay inside the

- Classroom or pavilion during the party.

Can I bring food and drinks?

- Yes! Outside food & beverages welcome(water, soda, juice).

No chafing dishes, hot plates, crockpots, or food warmers. No alcoholic beverages.

Animal Encounter age restriction?

The age 4+ restriction applies to the birthday child.

Younger siblings or guests should not participate in

close-up or contact portions of the encounter.
