Learn how to identify key characteristics in wine that will help you determine which varietal you are tasting. We will sample four different wines while going over the proper way to taste wine. These skills are helpful when ordering wine at a restaurant or when describing to a shop worker what you like in a wine. The wines we will be trying to identify are all from Fireside Winery. We will be going over hybrid grapes that we use to make our wine.
