Bluegrass on the farm offers a wonderful day of music in an early 20th century farm setting right in the middle of Montgomery County.

There is plenty of lawn seating in open areas and among the shade trees. Bring your own camping chairs and blankets for seating. Food and drink will be available for purchase or bring your own picnic/snacks.

Feel free to bring your own instruments and jam before and after the concert on the farmhouse porch.

Michelle Murray and No Part of Nothin’

- A Maryland/Washington DC area-based band, that plays bluegrass and classic country songs featuring tight harmonies, great stories, original songwriting and virtuoso lead work by some of the region’s best bluegrass pickers. The band performs from the festival stage to local clubs and restaurants,

Seneca Creek Bluegrass Band—Hailing from Montgomery County, MD, Seneca Creek Bluegrass is celebrated for their passion for traditional bluegrass music. They have captivated audiences across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, performing at various festivals, farmers markets, breweries, and private events.

Tornado Rose—Tornado Rose delivers an uplifting blend of Americana, bluegrass, country and folk with gorgeous vocals and high-flying strings, Steeped in the rich traditions of the Kansas plains, the band has set their sights eastward to the Washington, DC metro area, weaving the soulful sounds of Appalachia into their ever-evolving tapestry.
