Blunts & Yoga is a guided somatic healing experience designed to help you slow down, release what your body has been holding, and feel safe within yourself again.
Rooted in the Unroot Method, this trauma-informed experience supports you in reconnecting with your body through movement, breath, and intentional community. This is not just yoga it’s a space to soften, to feel, and to come back to yourself without pressure or performance.
