Celebrate Valentines Day with a delectable dinner! This class is a fine dining experience to give your Valentine's Day a flavorful flair. Class is $69 per person which includes a cocktail, meal, and dessert taught by the beloved chef Bob Black. See below for the delicious menu:

- FLAMING SPINACH SALAD (spinach, red onion, cremini mushrooms, hard cooked egg, warm sauteed bacon /sweet & sour dressing, flamed tableside)

- LOBSTER MAC & CHEESE CROQUETTE with TRUFFLE AIOLI

- TOURNEDOS PEPERONCINO (medallions of tenderloin, roasted red bell pepper, formaggio Italiano, wild mushroom and red wine reduction)
