Alex Meixner Band:
Alex Meixner is a multi-Grammy nominated Texas-based hybrid polkaholic who mixes an array of styles into traditional Central European party music, letting die-hard polka fans enjoy the evolution and hipsters discover all there is to love in the innately fun genre.
Alex Meixner is a nationally acclaimed musician, performer, bandleader, educator and a leading advocate of polka music. Formally trained in classical, jazz and ethnic music, Alex has cross-pollinated his versatile playing styles through pop music, funk, jazz and polka. He is an active ambassador for polka music, revitalizing interest coast to coast resulting in sold out shows, renewed cultural interest, and growing mainstream acceptance. For Alex, it’s more than playing energetic shows; it is a mission to provide a much needed positive experience that pulls communities together to celebrate history, culture and genuinely good times.
Alex leads the Alex Meixner Band which performs approximately 180 times a year across the country for venues ranging from intimate events and clubs to massive festivals. The Alex Meixner Band is a regular headliner at Wurstfest (New Braunfels, TX), German Fest (Milwaukee, WI), Musikfest (Bethlehem, PA), Plattduetsche Park (Franklin Square, NY), Creative Alliance (Baltimore, MD).
The Squeezettes:
The five-time WAMI (Wisconsin Area Music Industry) award-winning SQUEEZETTES (Best Polka Artist-2023, 2017, 2015, 2013, 2012) are noted as one the state’s most unique attractions. Their repertoire includes traditional polkas and waltzes, blended with pop hits from the 1950’s through the 80’s, along with tunes you never thought you’d hear played on accordion.
Doors open at 6:30 PM to give you time to find your seats, visit our historic lobby, concession stand and fully stocked bar!

The Bend
The Bend is an experience venue in downtown West Bend, WI. Built in 1929 as a Vaudeville theatre building, The Bend was restored by the nonprofit organization Historic West Bend Theatre Inc in 2020.
