Joe Krown
On Tuesday, December 16 at 6:30pm, we’ll have Joe Krown at the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music! Krown is a celebrated New Orleans pianist who soulfully blends blues, funk, and traditional Crescent City sounds. A longtime fixture at venues like the Maple Leaf Bar and Buffa’s, Krown has released 15 albums, his most recent of which, Tribute, was released in 2023. He currently tours as a member of the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band and is known for past collaborations with legends like Walter “Wolfman” Washington and Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown. We’re thrilled to have him at the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music.

Tickets: $15 General Admission | $45 Reserved Seating | $5 Student Tickets
Concerts for All: Special discounted tickets are available for senior citizens and New Orleans residents receiving SNAP benefits. A valid benefits card and photo ID required to purchase discounted tickets for $3.00 per person. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets must be reserved in advance by calling 504.940.3400.
Guests are welcome to take photos and short video clips for personal enjoyment. When sharing on social media, we appreciate if you could tag both the Center and the artist. Please be aware that the Center retains the right to restrict photography and videography upon the request of artists or performers.
