Shea Pierre is a renowned pianist and composer from New Orleans, Louisiana. Using influences from the culture of his hometown and combining it his extensive touring across the globe as a pianist, he has developed a unique approach to his music and performance. We’re thrilled to have him at the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music.

New Orleans residents receiving SNAP benefits are eligible to purchase discounted tickets for $3.00 in person at the box office on the day of the show. A valid benefits card and photo ID is required for entry.
Ticket Pricing Update: For 13 years, we have been proud to offer discounted senior tickets for just $3. As of September 2026, senior tickets are now $10, helping us to sustain the high-quality musical experiences at the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music. Proceeds from every ticket sold directly support the musicians performing on our stage as well as help sustain our education program and community services. Thank you for your continued support.
