We’ll start the night off with a taste of prosecco before moving on to the night’s lineup which includes:
• Haut-Médoc 2021 – Elegant and Cabernet-forward from a tiny, small-production estate, showing the fresher, classic side of Bordeaux
• Pauillac 2017 – Structured and polished, from one of Bordeaux’s most iconic Left Bank appellations, known for power and age-worthiness
• Saint-Estèphe 2017 – Dark, serious, and bold, offering a textbook example of Saint-Estèphe’s firm structure and depth
• Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2022 – Plush and Merlot-driven from a top Right Bank appellation, highlighting the richness and generosity of a standout modern vintage
