Borrowed Time is a comedy showcase featuring a mix of improv, stand-up, sketch, and whatever else we can fit into the block. Each show features a different comedy acts not produced by Crossroads, so it’s a chance to see some stuff you might not otherwise get to see all in one block for one low price!
PERSPECTIVES: Philadelphia comedian Emily McGraw has done it all - sketch comedy (IO West, The Sixth Borough) Musical Comedy (With husband Micah McGraw RIP Micah just kidding he's fine), and now she spends her days talking to the only people who understand her: DEAD CELEBRITIES. Together with her colleagues, filmmaker Abigail Bruley and South Philadelphia Lego provocateur Corey Cohen, the famous dead are summoned and things get real, real fast.
GEORGE MILLS: George Mills will be performing stand-up.
FLOODLIGHTS IMPROV: Chris (she/her), Jimmy (he/him) and Tanya (she/her) have been performing Improv separately for years. Tanya and Jimmy are members of the improv indy team, Daddy Issues and Jimmy and Chris are starring in Comedy Sportz Double Feature Hardly Working every first and second Friday of the month through February. Tanya and Chris perform together on the longest running improv team NCrowd and are the featured love interest this week in ComedySportz improvised Hallmark Movie, Hallmarkable (onstage now at ComedySportz every Friday and Saturday through December). Jimmy also does a podcast called Rotten Treasures with his best bud Kai Bobbi (they/them). Tanya can also be seen at Crossroads for their Holiday shows: NYR Improvised Holiday Movie.
COVID-19 INFO: Proof of vaccination is no longer required to attend shows. Masks must be worn while in the building. If you do not have one a disposable surgical mask will be provided. All performers are fully vaccinated - including booster shots - and will be performing without a mas. All front facing staff are fully vaccinated - including booster shots - and will be masked. These measures could change based on the guidelines of the CDC, the City of Philadelphia, and other public health experts.

Crossroads Comedy Theater is a roaming home in Philly for comedy shows, podcasts, comedy classes, and more! Shows feature hilarious performers from the Philadelphia area and beyond. Classes are taught by the bes instructors in the Philly area who are passionate about making you a better at whatever your focus is. Crossroads is available for private shows, improv workshops, or other things you might have in mind. We are now starting very limited operations in Indianapolis as well!
