On Friday, September 16 All Equal Parts and Campbell's BBQ Co. will host Augusta's second annual Bourbon and Barbecue at Le Chat Noir. This year we partnered up with Old Forester Bourbon to bring you a flight of the fantastic Whiskey Row Series. Chris will be smoking all the meats for the BBQ buffet and Zach will be leading us all through the flight and teaching you how to make your delicious welcome cocktail.
Each guest will enjoy a pour of four Old Forester Bourbons including 1870 Original Batch, 1897 Bottled in Bond, 1910 Old Fine Whiskey and 1920 Prohibition Style. Plus other special OlFo and Brown Forman products will be available at the bar.
The buffet menu will include Texas-style brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, slaw and baked beans. Plus a tasty cobbler for dessert.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with a smile and welcome cocktail featuring Old Forester Bourbon.

- pour of each of the four OlFo bourbons
- a full-sized bourbon cocktail
- BBQ Buffet by Campbell's BBQ
- bourbon education and group discussion
- mixology lesson/cocktail demonstration

Le Chat Noir
Le Chat Noir (The Black Cat) is an intimate 60-100 seat theatre with attached lobby and full service bar that echoes a 19th century cabaret after one too many absinthes. Like it’s namesake, Le Chat Noir exists to produce and present entertainment to the CSRA that was previously not being offered.
