Bill Dudek is the owner of Patuxent Steel LLC, a custom knife-making company dedicated to crafting high-quality, functional blades. With over 14 years of experience designing and making knives — and more than 20 years sharpening them — he brings a deep understanding of what makes a knife truly perform. Blending professional expertise with a friendly, approachable teaching style, Bill offers students valuable insight into selecting, maintaining, and mastering their knives from a maker’s perspective.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 2 hours.
- Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef prepares and cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
