We cordially invite you to an evening of indulgence as we sample exquisite champagnes and delightful hors d'oeuvres. Crystal Pace, a Level 2 Sommelier and Co-Owner of Santé: The Wine Bar in Sylva, will lead the way as we explore unique varieties of French champagne. Chef Santiago Guzzetti from Ilda in Sylva and our Executive Chef Josh Oakley will also be preparing specially-paired bites to complement each glass of champagne.
