To better understand the realities Dubuque County residents are experiencing regarding brain health and counseling services, we at the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque would like to invite you to participate in a Brain Health Focus Group during the week of March 21.
These focus groups are being conducted in partnership with the Dubuque County government and under the facilitation of Dr. Colton Strawser. They will be a critical part of a new needs assessment that will help guide how our community addresses issues around brain health and mental well-being.
Attendees will have the opportunity to share their individual experiences and priorities, discuss the access and availability of local brain health services, and provide input on what additional services and resources are needed in the region. The information will be analyzed by Dr. Strawser and will inform the decisions of local stakeholders, service providers, and the Dubuque County leadership.
Participation in a Focus Group is free, and breakfast/lunch/refreshments will be provided.
