Join us on Saturday, June 6 for a special afternoon workshop with a deep dive into how we move and connect in Brazilian zouk.

 

Brazilian Zouk Bootcamp w/ Lunna Gomes

3:30 pm - 7:00 pm Bootcamp

If you’ve been interested in learning Brazilian zouk, then this workshop is for you! No experience is required. If you have experience with other dance styles, this workshop will help you understand the differences and learn the basics in an accelerated format. We’ll cover the most important techniques and patterns to prepare you to get out on the social dance floor and for upcoming classes. The bootcamp includes a 30-minute practica at the end so you can practice right away.

Your ticket for this workshop also includes our evening class and social at Glen Echo. The schedule includes:

6-8pm Community Potluck & Pizza Party

7-8pm Lambada Practica

8-9pm Brazilian Zouk Class w/ Elena

9:00pm-12:30am Social
