Join us for an intimate evening of movement and breathwork at Roots & Rivers Studio led by practitioner and friend, Tre Mitchell.
Each session offers Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga — a self-paced, instructor-supported practice where participants move through the sequence at their own rhythm, with personalized guidance. Rooted in healing, breath, and returning to the body, this practice welcomes both new and experienced students.
