Breathe In with Sara & Alix

Description

We are delighted to invite you to this night of healing.  This will be an exciting opportunity for you to learn and experience new skills to release pain and calm the mind.  

The event will feature an introduction to breath work, yoga for somatic healing, and a sound bath to relieve stress through the art of sound meditation.  

Please bring a yoga mat, if you have one.  If not, you can rent one at the event for $5.  Arrive 10 minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.
