Dan Nadel is curating and leading a yearlong concert series. Bridges in Sound brings together diverse musical traditions and transcultural voices, exploring the emotional, historical, and spiritual threads that connect us through song. Through collaborations with outstanding vocalists and musicians, the series invites audiences into a space of deep listening and discovery — where music becomes a shared language of longing, resilience, and unity.
Bridges in Sound is returning with an evening that celebrates spirituals and American music with a prophetic voice. This concert journeys through the African-American tradition of spirituals, its resonance with Jewish texts, and its connections to other forms of American music with a prophetic message.
