You are cordially invited to the launch of "BUILD A BIGGER TABLE WETHERSFIELD," a community dinner dedicated to fostering open dialogue and authentic connection.
OUR GOAL
In an increasingly divided world, "Build a Bigger Table" aims to bring community members together to share a meal and engage in real listening. We invite you to step out of your "bubble" and join us with an openness to hear different perspectives and beliefs.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Community Seating | To encourage new connections, participants will be seated at round tables with people they don't already know.
Guided Conversation | Each table will have prompts to help break the ice and stimulate meaningful discussion.
A Commitment to Civility | We ask all guests to come with a desire to listen and learn, agreeing to follow basic rules of civility throughout the evening.
