Description

Building your mental Immunity

It is easy to recognize external signs like cough, skin breakout and maybe burnout.   Just like Covid, we know now that it is no longer about avoiding it, rather its about building our immunity to fight the virus.

Likewise our capacity to respond to life’s challenges, be it a toxic work environment or personal relationship.    When we have learnt to make friends with our mind, we will also rise above our challenges in life,  just like building the muscles that allow us to climb mountains, and not be short of breath.

In this workshop, we will look into the nasty characters that hijacked us when we faced such challenges.

How can we use Science to secure our happiness and achieve our full potential?

Join us and learn how you can access your mental muscle and you reclaim your happiness through building of your mental ability.
