We are Leanne and Chantal and we started this event 2 years ago because we had a wardrobe of amazing quality clothing that we no longer wore and because op shops were not taking donations then (thanks to Covid) were looking for an event where we could have a stall and sell them.
When we couldn't find one, we decided to create one.
Our first one had just 10 stalls and was a huge hit. We sold most of our clothes but people kept asking when the next one was. Since then, the event has grown into the South West's BIGGEST pop-up preloved clothing market, attracting up to 50 stallholders and more than 500 shoppers through the door at each one. They are held three times a year.
We even picked up the City of Bunbury's Community event of the Year at this year's Australia Day Awards.

Date: Saturday 28th June, 2025
Time: 8am - 12pm. (Doors will open at 6am for stallholders. Set up MUST be completed by 7.45am at the latest).
Venue: South West Italian Club - White St Bunbury.
What you can sell: Clothing, hats, shoes, jewellery and any other accessories you'd normally find in a closet.
What's included: We provide your space only. You provide whatever you want to put in it.
Here are your stall options:
$28.50 REGULAR IN THE MAIN HALL - 3m x 3m (20 spots available)
$33.50 LARGE IN THE MAIN HALL - 3m x 4m (12 spots available)
$55 JUMBO FOYER (WHERE ALL SHOPPERS ENTER) - 4.5 x 5m (1 available)
1. NOTE: There is a maximum of two stalls per person. Therefore, when you book, you'll only see an option to book 1 or 2 spaces.
2. Stalls will be offered on a first come first served basis.
3. Please select your preferred stall space by tapping BUY TICKETS. If the size you want is not clickable, it means that there are none of this size left.
4. As soon as you have purchased your ticket (which is also your space) you are CONFIRMED as a stallholder.
5. We provide the space only, please bring your own racks, tables and also a chair to sit on if you need one.
