We are Leanne and Chantal and we started this event 2 years ago because we had a wardrobe of amazing quality clothing that we no longer wore and because op shops were not taking donations then (thanks to Covid) were looking for an event where we could have a stall and sell them.
When we couldn't find one, we decided to create one.
Our first one had just 10 stalls and was a huge hit. We sold most of our clothes but people kept asking when the next one was. Since then, the event has grown into the South West's BIGGEST pop-up preloved clothing market, attracting up to 50 stallholders and more than 500 shoppers through the door at each one. They are held three times a year.
We even picked up the City of Bunbury's Community event of the Year at this year's Australia Day Awards.

Description
This portal is to register as a stallholder.
Shoppers do not require tickets on the day.
NOTE: If no quantity is available to select beside your preferred stall size, that size is currently sold out. Keep checking back, as cancellations may free up spaces—but they’re usually snapped up quickly!
Once you select your stall size and complete your payment, your confirmation email will include lots of handy info.
Plus, we'll send you another email within 7 days if you requested a table on your initial expression of interest, to let you know if we've been able to allocate you one (as these are limited and offered on a first-come-first-serve basis). Plus, we'll email you again, two weeks before the event with more info about set-up, parking etc.
Date: Sunday 4th October 2026
Time: 9am - 1pm. (Doors will open at 7am for stallholders. Set up MUST be completed by 8.45am at the latest. NO stallholders will be permitted after 8.30am).
Venue: South West Sports Centre, 1 Rotary Drive Withers (suggested that you enter via Wimbledon Drive off Parade Rd). 71 stall spaces.
What you can sell: The items you included on your Expression of Interest application. Happy for you to bring additional items, however the following items are prohibited:
Weapons of any kind (including knives, tasers, imitation firearms, ammunition, etc.), tobacco, vaping products or e-cigarettes, live animals, hazardous chemicals or dangerous substances, offensive, discriminatory or overtly sexual-themed products, food prepared from home that does not meet relevant food safety requirements (where applicable).
