Business X Design: Harvin Greene

Business X Design is MODA's event series that explores how design fuels innovation, solves complex challenges, and shapes the world we live in. We invite boundary-pushing creatives to share the bold ideas and design thinking behind their work.

Harvin Greene launched DOSSIER in 2026 after 16 years at one of Atlanta's most respected luxury brokerages. Starting over was a design decision. Before real estate, she spent a decade in global marketing at Coca-Cola. Since then, she has built a luxury brokerage career, launched a lifestyle brand, and completed six historic renovation projects alongside her husband, builder Tommy Greene, where she handles design, positioning, and go-to-market strategy while he handles construction.

Whether pricing a listing, building a brand, or gutting a kitchen in Druid Hills, Harvin is always asking the same questions: what's already here, and what could it become?

In this edition of Business x Design, Harvin will be in conversation with Gene Kansas and Susan Sanders about how she has built a practice — and a brand — around the conviction that a well-designed life is an intentional one.

What to Expect

  • How Harvin's background in global marketing shaped her approach to real estate and brand-building

  • The design-build process: how she and Tommy collaborate to renovate historic Atlanta homes without erasing what makes them worth saving

  • What it means to launch DOSSIER — and why founding your own firm is itself a design decision

  • How the HARVIN brand grew out of a personal philosophy, and what it looks like to champion creatives in the Southeast

She lives in Historic Druid Hills with her husband Tommy, where they continue to renovate the neighborhood one house at a time.
