Women in senior leadership positions are leaving at the highest rates ever and at rates higher than men. Women represent one in four C-suite leaders and one in 20 C-suite leaders is a woman of color.
Bogues Group's C-Suite Digital Boss Camp was designed to provide women with the tools and resources to help them make it beyond the "broken rung" at the first step to manager. This event is a call to action for men and women to advocate for and empower women in and those in pursuit of leadership positions.
