This guided tasting invites guests to explore the evolution of our Cabernet Sauvignon through more than nine vintages dating back to 2007, offering a deeper understanding of the varietal and a preview of future releases yet to be unveiled. Throughout the experience, our Winemaker will lead a thoughtful discussion on aging potential, ideal food pairings, and how to determine the perfect moment to open each bottle for maximum enjoyment.
Your ticket includes a light culinary pairing designed to complement each vintage, followed by an intimate post-tasting conversation with the Winemaker. Hosted in our Fox Den, the cozy fireside setting provides the perfect backdrop to delve into the nuances of every vintage, gain insight into Kerem’s winemaking philosophy, and share personal impressions. Select Cabernet Sauvignon vintages will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle throughout the day.
