Breathwork has been used for centuries across many cultures around the world to help improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. In this breathwork you will be guided to higher states of consciousness, allowing you to access and release suppressed emotions, trauma, and blocked energies in a safe space.
Who is this workshop for?
No prior breathwork experience is necessary. This is for anyone who wants to:
- Release stress, tension, anxiety and stored trauma from the mind and body
- Increase energy and boost immunity
- Connect with their inner wisdom, intuition, and guidance
- Cultivate a sense of grounding, presence and vitality
- Train your awareness of the mind/body connection
- Improve cardiovascular fitnessExpand your range of comfort with different emotional states (emotional resilience)
What to bring:
Yoga mat and a blanket (you may want to get cozy under a blanket during breathwork)
Water bottle
Journal or notebook (you are encouraged to journal on your reflections and insights after the session)
Dress in comfortable layers
