Description
It is our pleasure to welcome Royal Pig from Richmond, VA to prepare this special dinner. The menu has been carefully curated by Royal Pig, and paired perfectly with cider selected by Potter's headcider maker, Andy. The entire menu is gluten free.
- Ticket includes cost of dinner + gratuity, processing fees applied at check out
- Doors open at 5:30pm | Dinner service begins at 6pm
- Must be 21 years or older to attend
Dinner will be outdoors on the Potter's lawn, in case of inclement weather dinner will be served inside the historic tasting room.
FULL MENU:
First Course
- Cambodian “Waldorf” Salad: watercress, frisée, kreung vinaigrette, apple, cashews, fried shallot
- Esopus Spitzenburg: single varietal cider, fermented and aged in French oak
Second Course
- Shrimp & Squid Ceviche: lime, chilis, red onion, Thai eggplant, herb salad, rice powder
- Creatures Among Us: Idaho 7 dry hopped cider
Third Course
- Xiao Long Dumpling Soup: 3 day broth, dumpling meatball, chili oil
- Oak Barrel Reserve: apple brandy barrel aged cider
Fourth Course
- Braised Beef & Congee: braised short rib, South East Asian Bordelaise, bean sprouts, chilis, herb salad
- Flemish Sour: oak fermented Flemish style cider with sour cherries
Dessert
- Cambodian Dip & Dots: coconut sorbet, pandan caviar, lychee caviar, lime
- Sod Cutter: pineapple margarita gose cider
