Join us for a Yoga Retreat Weekend at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. Featuring Susan Topf, who has 20 years of yoga experience (E-RYT500) and is a continuing education provider/teacher trainer and mentor.
Susan beautifully weaves the natural features and seasonal conditions found at the park into each all-level quieting yoga and meditation practice. Throughout the weekend retreat, we will explore how the outer landscape of summer's fullness inspires harmony in your own inner landscape with cultivating embodied awareness practices that shape creating abundance.
Supportive movement, fireside meditation, space for creative contemplation, peaceful sunset walks*, and local organic sustainably sourced food are all included in this nature immersion. Designed to bring inner peace and joyful rejuvenation to your body/mind, as nature is a healer and we're not separate.
Limited to 12 participants, the retreat will be hosted by the Sonoma Ecology Center's operations at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park.
Located in the heart of wine country, Sugarloaf features a wide variety of ecosystems and terrains and contains some of the Bay Areas' best hiking.
This all-inclusive event includes 7 meals, camping, and yoga/meditation events.

You are welcome to stay at the campsite and at the park all day Sunday. You can stay Sunday night as well at the camping sites. (Glamping sites available in advance for additional fee for Sunday night, reserve early ~ they are popular and may sell out).
Camping Options
Price includes food, yoga events, and camping (Camping options are tent space, tent, or glamping).
1) Campsite (you bring your own tent)
2) Campsite with your own spacious 4-person size tent set-up for you.
3) Luxury Glamping Tent: includes a queen bed, furniture, and bedding in a Canvas Glamping tent.
Meals
Catered meals are provided from Friday lunch through Sunday lunch. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options will be available.
