This Renegade Rituals experience blends the grounding of yoga with the immersive pull of experimental, wubby bass music for a session that feels more like a journey than a class. Guided by instructor Liz Lemon (@renegade.rituals) and soundtracked live by VITA (@vitaonthetrack), this flow is designed to drop you into a deeply meditative, floaty state.
