Description
Small-plate cooking the Chinese way! In this hands-on course, you will be taken on a journey of discovery to learn about the different styles of dim sum and the specialist ingredients needed for them, before preparing and cooking your own using a traditional steamer basket over a wok.
You will work in pairs, and create siu mai, a type of open wonton, and learn different types of folds for dumplings with different flavourings and fillings. All food can be taken away afterwards.
