Just in time for Father's Day! Join Chef Jason Dunn as he demonstrates tips, techniques and recipes to make your summer grilling a delicious success - a give Dad a break on his day! The class is demonstration in style - so no hands on cooking required. Class size will be small to encourage conversation between attendees and Chef Jason.
The class will be held outside and/or in the upper room at Crawfish Junction (a few stairs are required). The class will last 1 to 1-1/2 hours. During the class, you will be sampling the recipes as they are prepared. You will also receive a booklet with all the recipes.
While not included, the bar will be open at Crawfish if you wish to have a beverage of choice during the class.
