Lavender Laughs is thrilled to host for the first time at Comedy in Harlem! We are a grassroots LGBTQIA+ and Women comedy and arts organization.

Support fabulous comedians and drag artists on Thursday, August 22nd at 8PM

Tickets are $15 and there is an $18 food/drink minimum per the venue. We promise it's SO WORTH IT!! Plus performers are paid equitably based on ticket sales, which is unfortunately uncommon in the industry.

Featuring comedians Liv Talley, Anu, Ella Zafra, Riylan Mills, and Ayana Francois, with drag performers Lori Lu and A'Nylah.

Lavender Laughs NYC

Our mission is to empower LGBTQIA+ and women in comedy, arts and community. In an industry still heavily dominated by straight, white, cisgender men, we need opportunities created by and for us. We are not an LLC or nonprofit but rely on individual contributions.

In 2022, Lavender Laughs launched in New York City with shows and open mics. As of 2026, Lenape Lavender Laughs operates in Manhattan and Queens. We have sibling organizations in Kitchener-Waterloo (Ontario, Canada) and Chicago, each produced independently.
