Do you want to learn how to preserve your own food but not sure where to start? This course will teach you the basics about canning styles, equipment, safety, tips and more. .After finishing this 2 hour long class, you will be ready to conquer canning!
We will cover: Pressure canning, water bath canning, steam canning, safety, tips and tricks to making canning easier. The in person class allows you the opportunity to see the equipment in person as well as get a better understanding of the basics of canning.
