In order to receive any member benefits when you visit the zoo, you must have one person listed on the card with you and they must present their membership card.
FREE admission to Special events is NOT INCLUDED in Memberships (except for Patron and Business Memberships).
Your membership is digital. After purchase, you’ll receive a QR code by email. Please provide a valid email address and phone number.
Your QR code can be used for multiple visits for one year and saved to your mobile wallet.
Physical cards are not mailed. You may request one at the Gift Shop front desk for a $5 fee.
*If you lose your membership card, please contact the Membership Department for a replacement. There is a $5.00 fee to replace lost cards.
