As the pandemic continues to impact our workplaces, rising tensions make the need for compassionate communication more important than ever! In his role as a campus emergency manager during the pandemic, Brian Brauer, Associate Director of the Illinois Fire Service Institute, has employed Next Element's ORPO method to more constructively listen, frame discussions, and engage with peers and campus leaders during this challenging time to grow and maintain relationships.
